Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Heavy Metal Gun Safes. We aim to provide you with products that meet your needs and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase for an exchange, in-store credit, or a refund of the purchase price

Returns Accepted:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns NOT Accepted:

  • Returns are not accepted for certain items, including custom-made or Non-Stock Items.
  • NON-STOCK ITEMS encompass merchandise that we do not maintain in our inventory nor store in our warehouse. These items are ordered directly from the manufacturer on an "as-needed" basis, including custom and special order merchandise.
  • After 24 hours (excluding weekends or holidays) from the order date, these items may not be canceled or returned.

Non-Stock & Custom Orders:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once the item has shipped, so it's essential to contact us as soon as possible. If we're unable to cancel the order before it's shipped, you'll need to initiate a return according to our General Return Policy (refer to the details above). 
  • Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled if manufacturing has commenced, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the item, including shipping if applicable. Custom orders are defined as non-standard, one-of-a-kind (color or configuration) products.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking returned items.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at (830) 632-6150 or heavymetalgunsafes@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.

Typically, refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. Alternatively, we can provide in-store credit for use towards another product. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your refund to reflect in your account. Refunds made via check may take longer to process.
