Its 12-gauge outer steel door with full 14-gauge inner plate provides more security and door rigidity than any safe in its class. 5/8" Type X fireboard and a heat-expanding fire seal deliver 60 minutes of content protection against 1200°F. Up to 12 × 1¼" doorbolts and a Double-Steel Door Casement™ secure the safe against break-ins — making the Challenger the strongest choice in any dollar-to-dollar comparison.
